Register

Registration at AVM 2014 is mandatory and (almost) free of charge. You will need to pay for your accomodation/meals directly at Villa Clythia at check-in time. There is also a small amount to be paid for the conference room. Prices may vary if you intend to come early or leave later than the default dates (we need you to specify your arrival and departure times in order to make additional arrangements).

IMPORTANT: you need to specify in advance the method of payment and your billing address. Major credit cards (Visa, American Express), cheques issued by a French bank and cash are accepted. However there will be no billing in advance.

Prices

If you arrive at Villa Clythia on Monday, May 12 before noon and leave on Wednesday, May 14 after lunch, the price will be of 248 euros, to be paid directly at the reception. In you plan on staying longer, you must add 19 euros/meal and 53 euros/night (single accomodation) or 41 euros (double accomodation).
